About Rossland Skatepark Association

The RSA has committed to breaking ground on the Rossland Skatepark in 2016.

We still have a ways to go with fundraising but are confident with the continued support of our community, and with in kind donations of materials and labour, we will have the skatepark built in the coming year.

You can help make the dream of a skatepark in Rossland a reality in a number of ways:

Start a challenge right here on Yodel in support of the skatepark – create a profile, commit to a challenge, and send it out to your social networks to collect pledges online.  For youth who wish to start a challenge: if you are 13-17 you need the consent of your parent or guardian to participate on Yodel.  If 12 or under, the Yodel account must be held by the parent/guardian who is responsible for all content and sharing of information.

Donate NOW! If you donate $20 or more you get a charitable receipt.  Make sure you check the box requesting a receipt.  Enter your email and mailing address in the fields that appear once the box is checked.

The RSA has actively been working towards bringing a world class skatepark, open to all forms of non-motorized wheeled sports, to Rossland for over 10 years. Through recent efforts and enthusiastic support from the community and City, we have a prime location for the park , completed the skatepark design, and raised over $140,000.
